Parkwood IX is one of nine communities, which are members of Terramar the "master association" and the by-laws and regulations of Terramar Master Association also apply to our community. In addition, we must comply with the laws of the City of Parkland, Broward County and the State of Florida.

The purpose of this section in our web site is to make our residents aware of some of the more common items that affect our daily life.
