"Construction/Contractor" may be displayed in the neighborhood
as follows: |
 |
A
maximum of one "Open House" or one "For Sale" sign may be
displayed in a home
at any one time, but not both.
Such signage
must be displayed in a window.
The "Open House" sign is to be posted
only during the actual "Open House." The "For Sale" sign
must be displayed in a window. |

both) may be displayed at any time. "Alarm" signs must be

per contractor. Such signage must be displayed discretely in
the yard and must be removed immediately upon completion of
the job. Any construction permits that are required to be

discretely affixed to the home; no other means of displaying
permits is

 |
Absolutely no signage may be displayed on or within
any common area of the neighborhood without prior, written
approval from the Association; such approval may be
arbitrarily withheld. |
 |
The
Association reserves the right to limit any signage deemed
inappropriate. |
Notwithstanding Association approval, all signage is
subject to any and all Terramar Master Association, City, County,
