The overnight
parking or storage of trucks or commercial vehicles in excess of one-half ton
rated capacity is prohibited. |

A
commercial vehicle is
defined as referenced in the City of Parkland Ordinance 2006-05. All
Provisions of this code are also adopted. One such example is a vehicle that
has outside lettering or logos on it. |

No trade, business, professional or any type
of commercial vehicles are permitted. |
 |
The parking or
storage of automobiles and other motor vehicles is permitted only in garages
and driveways. There shall be no parking or storage of any vehicle permitted
on the green belt right of way area. |

Overnight parking
in the streets is prohibited
11 p.m. to
6 a.m.. |

Only vehicles
(non-commercial) bearing current license and registration tags and inspection
certificate, as required pursuant to State law and which are operable without
assistance shall be permitted to be parked or stored on any lands within the
SUBDIVISION. |

The parking and
storage of boats and boat trailers, campers, trailers, commercial vehicles or
other recreational vehicles (that is vehicles designed and constructed
primarily for recreational use) upon any lands in the SUBDIVISION is
prohibited except in spaces expressly approved in writing in advance by the
ASSOCIATION. |

Motorcycles are
not permitted, except with the prior written consent of the ASSOCIATION which
may be equipped with appropriate noise muffling equipment so that the
operation of same does not create an annoyance to the residents of the
SUBDIVISION. The same
applies to autos with customized muffler/exhaust systems. |
