Purpose: Enforce the "Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Parkwood IX" and the "By-Laws of Parkwood IX Homeowners Association, Inc."

Guidelines

The Fine Committee meets the Monday before the monthly Board of Directors Meeting at a pre-arranged location at 7:00 P.M. The attendance of homeowners that are being considered is suggested and always welcome.
