Pursuant to the Association documents the Parkwood IX Homeowners Association Board of Directors has committees in place in order to conduct association business. These committees are chaired by at least one Board member and are comprised of homeowners within the Association who volunteer their time. The only exception is the fine committee which must be chaired by someone who is not a member of the board.
