Board of Directors meetings will typically be held the first Wednesday of the month.
Subject to availability, the meetings are held at:

New City Building (Public Works conference room), 6500 Parkside Drive Parkland, Fl 33067 at 7:00 PM

If the location above is unavailable the usual alternate location is:

Parkland City Hall, 6600 University Drive Parkland, Fl 33067 at 7:00 PM

New building at the location of the old City Hall! 
The meetings are held in the Public Works Conference room.
