Welcome to the official Parkwood IX Homeowners Association website. We have been on the worldwide web since October, 2003 to serve the homeowners of Parkwood IX.

For the homeowners within our community, this website is an ongoing, fluid, source of information designed to share information and encourage participation. Hopefully it will answer some of your questions regarding our beautiful community and also give you an opportunity to provide your ideas and participation.

Parkwood IX is a community located in the northeast corner of the beautiful and tranquil City of Parkland in Broward County, Florida. The entrance to our community is located just off Mecca Boulevard, bordered by State Road 7 to the east and Hillsboro Boulevard to the west. Our community consists of 126 homes built in approximately 1993-1994.
